From £1.00Extruded acrylic is acrylic plastic that is manufactured by extrusion. This process involves heating and then feeding the acrylic polymer through a barrel, continuously. The position of the rollers will create the resulting thickness, the manufacturing process creates a material with a higher thickness tolerance, achieving +/-5% variance (3mm-20mm). Extruded acrylic is easy to laser cut, rout, mold and polish.

The range of light transmission through the opal sheet, up to 67%, receives maximum haze and subsequently offers the maximum light diffraction.
